Refund policy

We will refund or replace (free of cost) upto the order amount - if there's a print and product defect attributable to the error of Prindrop.com's product. All refunds will be on an approval-basis where Prindrop management will be the final decision maker.

Courier Lost & Damages

Prindrop will NOT be responsible for items lost in transit or damaged by 3rd party couriers. However, Prindrop will lodge a claim and assist in the claiming process and facilitate in getting the full consignment value reimbursed.

Size Exchanges & Returns

Prindrop will not entertain any size requests or product returns.
